Open Air Theatre - an incredible summer!

It's that time of year again ... Scarborough Open Air Theatre is closing for the season, and WHAT a season it's been!

Numerous world-renowned acts graced the iconic stage and entertained the crowds this summer.

These included Kylie Minogue, Lewis Capaldi, Madness, Years & Years and many others.

Scarborough Open Air Theatre is in Scarborough's beautiful North Bay, just moments from golden sands and sparkling seas.

There are lots of places to eat nearby, with some parking and Peasholm Park just over the road.

Open top buses run between the South and North Bays during the main season, making the Open Air Theatre easy to get to.

The last act takes place at the end of August after which the stage goes 'dark'.

However, the Open Air Theatre location will be used for other events later in the year and the nearby attractions such as the North Bay Railway will remain open into the autumn.

We look forward to a whole new list of acts which usually get announced from January each year.

Thank you to everyone at the Open Air Theatre ... you can now have a well-earned rest!
